Parents: If you could pick the "perfect teacher" for your child, what type of teacher would they be? Methods? Style? Personality? Who would be your child's ideal teacher?
The perfect teacher would: 1. Value child as a whole person, not as a vessel into which one pours and then tests the level of water achieved. 2. The teacher would understand the many consequences of a range of variables that impact a child in the school experience. 3. Like and have comfortably appropriate boundaries with children, a high level of integrity. 4. Most of all, a teacher who loves to teach and who understands the most important lesson for any child or student, is to LOVE TO LEARN. If this can be accomplished, every thing else will follow. I don't feel our current school system in the United States in headed in a very good direction.
the teachers are to move out of their traditional method of teaching they have more complex role to play to be the best of the lot.they have to be diagnostician, decision maker, cooperative ,strategist ,a manager,a guide , a resourceful person and an evaluator
