Is there Life elsewhere in the Universe?
Scientists are searching for Life in inhospitable regions of The Earth, to understand under what conditions Life may exist. Our own Solar System may contain Moons that harbour Life and NASA has missions planned to explorethis possibility.
Yes there are many planets like earth where there is life. We are not able to reach those places as they are millions of light years far from earth
I think there is, the universe is too vast a place for there to be only us alone.
Life in our solar system isn't all that likely, although several moons of other planets have been found to have water.
Given the billions upon billions of other stars in our universe, it's almost impossible that there does NOT exist another planet capable of sustaining life similar to what's on the Earth.
To say otherwise is akin to the religious leaders of way back killing those scientists who argued that the sun and the other planets did not revolve around the Earth.
i definately hope so. If one imagines flow, force and reaction, surely it must be inevitable....somewhere?

There are millions of other worlds in countless star systems in thousands of galaxies yet we have found no life yet....Why? Is it because there is no other life in the universe? Is it because there use to be thousands and millions of years ago, but no longer? Is it because there...

I study Astronomy for a hobby and love nothing more than to take my telescope out on a clear night. I love to find objects which I have never seen before. Seeing another galaxie many light years away for the first time is exciting as hell to me. Even though looking at...

Do you believe that there is life on other planets besides Earth and what makes you think so.There are so many schools of thought (religious and secular) about life on earth and other planets. Are we alone in the universe or did life sprang into being elsewhere? Did God only have enough time for...

Hey guys,Just wanted to pose a question...NASA's not only found salt, and water, and snow, but now methane. Which while methane in and of it's self doesn't mean there's life somewhere, the only two distinct possibilities for its existence are geological or biological. What are your thoughts on life...

Is there life on other planets? What do you think?Scientific descoveries suggest that some planets are too hot or too cold for life and that others have no water and so on. But surely humans and animals canNOT be the only living creatures in the whole of the solar system...some even claim to...
