    Slugs slugs slugs, I live where there are slugs. I know all the usual punishments but they are...

    as prolific as the grains of sands on our beaches. Is there a particular food they DON"T like?

    Salt them. Just sprinkle regular table salt on the they will dry up and die. My husband also says a dried out cig. crushed and sprinkled on them will do the same thing.

    Your gonna love this one.

    We all love a good party right! Well it just so happens that slugs and snails love a good party too.

    Just open a can a beer and poor it into a pie plate and set it outside. The rather loathsome mollusks will come to the party and drown.

    Try it, it really works and it works great. In a few short weeks a bad infestation can be nearly complete wiped out.

    If you have a really, really bad problem set up a bar. Place 5 or 6 plates out.
