Is there any legal ramification, for true stories on hubs , or should I call them all fiction?
Can one get in trouble legally for writing of true stories,or should we call them all fictional, hummmmmm?
Whether you call them fiction or not, if you write things that defame others who claim they are recognisable, you may be subject to a libel action. Unless what you write is the truth and you have absolute proof that it is the truth, it is your responsibility to prove the case, not the complainant.
A good article of the UK laws of libel can be found in the Writers' and Artists' Yearbook, page 724 for 2010, I expect a similar essay for the USA will be found in the Writers Handbook, I think that is the USA equivalent.
