Why do so many cultures emulate Americans and then slam us at the same time?
don't they see how much they look like desparados on a train?
Because they are deep down extremely jealous of the American way of life , and maybe need to save face by officially slamming us at the same time their people embrace and emulate us?
It's because America is the current world dominant Empire.
If you resist it (Nicaragua, Cuba, Chile) It will attack you and try to establish fascist puppet states to govern you.
America hates universal education and health care which it regards as "socialist". A term it is too thick too understand.
On the other hand the world wants what it thinks is America's "wealth". Based on loans from China Ha! Ha! Ha!
The youth in other countries like to emulate the American way of life. This goes against the culture and tradition of the local people.
People slam the wasting of food, the lack of respect for elders and family traditions, the partying and addictive way of life. They do not slam everything American.
I believe in all cultures there are good and not so good things the one can assimilate or reject.
It is a personal choice.
