    ever come to think it was a good idea to drink milk, given where it comes from?

    My theory on that is that a mother nurses her child, in which the milk comes from the mother's breasts, and common since told people that since cows can produce milk for their young just as humans but humans don't have to create life to drink it from a cow, and thought they ought to just get the milk from the cow.
