why is the image inverted in my telescope
because images in the pin hole camera must invert and turn upside down by natural default.
Go and look in the mirror and work it out yourself. If you bright enough to own and use a telescope, bright enough to understand concepts such as 'image inverted,' you're bright enough to know/work out the answer to this question.
Firsrt let me know what type of telescope you used?

One thing I notice about this image is that its light is shed in every direction except for directly towards the hubble telescope.
