You can move a text capsule to the right by clicking on the green arrows that points to the right. Then you can change the background color by clicking edit and then selecting the blue color in the top-left corner of that text editing window. The three possible background colors are: white and two shades of blue.
You can only use that feature when the text is aligned right. A box will pop up in the editing with 3 different colors.
