    Do you do anything special to prepare for finals?

    I'm taking finals at school for the next couple days and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to prepare my mind and/ body? Of course I'll study, but I mean beyond that... like sleeping/eating tips for example.

    You should have kept good notes on index cards or in your notebook.  You should review every week, instead of cramming the last minute.  Study and review the semester or whatever you are going to be responsible.  Good Luck.

    make a review on your scope of your final exam..review as much as you can and take a rest the day before your exam...avoid abusing your brain. you might get mental block while you're on your exam.

    You definitely shouldn't pull all-nighters unless you really need to. As for eating, eat normally. Don't try new foods unless you're sure your body won't have some weird reaction to it.
