Should a Mental evaluation be mandate for the citizens in this country?
I agree with the other commenters, for the most part, that I certainly don't want our government to have any more power over us than it already does. But, I have fantasized that Mental Evaluations be given to any potential parent before allowing them to procreate or at least before the child is born. If the first was made mandatory, we'd have to also include mandatory birth control up until the potential parents passed the mental evaluation, which sadly, will never happen.
