Do you think positive thinking would change things in your life? Examples appreciated.
Positive thinking, used incorrectly, is dangerous and even deadly. O. J. Simpson was the poster boy for the "positive thinking" approach promoted by Denis Waitley. And Simpson ended up being a drug addict, violent felon, and probably murderer.
Genuine loving awareness of all our thoughts and feelings, combined with a focus on the positive, is transformative in a very healthy way. I've been dong this for almost forty years.

I have been ill for the last several years. Constant focus on the joys of life have made these very rich years for me. Focus on positive thinking and positive action has gotten me out of bed, prevented me from needing a leg amputated, helped me enjoy life, and is bringing be back to full health in time.
