Topics in quantum mechanics (e.g. Schrodinger's cat and Higgs boson) are sometimes misused by certain people to promote the idea that there is a cosmic consciousness that forms the universe.
Although this is not impossible, there's no scientific evidence to support it. The universe is gorgeous, but also cold and a little scary. Unfortunately, promoters of this idea make huge leaps in logic that don't hold up to scientific scrutiny.
Totally crazy and completely counter-intuitive things happen at the quantum level. However, at this point in time we don't even have a unified theory to explain why really small things work so differently from really big things.
The burden rests on the people stating that cosmic consciousness exists to demonstrate that it is actually so.

If nothing can only produce nothing, how did our universe start from nothing without God? There are many unanswered questions in the science and astronomy fields. Since these fields can not have God as an answer, they toss out data that disproves their belief about a Creator. Actually a Creator...

Is there a difference between true faith and blind faith?I think true faith comes from prayer and reflection and meditation, while blind faith is believing in an individual rather than in the Word...eg: The May 21, end of the world forecast.
