What do you all thing about allowing guns in colleges and universities?
As an aspiring future college professor, the battle to pass a policy that would allow students to bring guns to campus really scare the core out of me. Do you think it is a good idea to have guns on college campuses or even school districts (by teachers)? Will this really prevent gun violence or it will make it worse? This is rather unsettling for me.
If the bill goes through there will be even more guns on campus than they thought just as a protective measure. I think it's a good idea to always have a gun in case something goes south. Areas promoting their citizens to carry guns have low crime rates. So it could be a positive factor.
Sorry for the spelling error 'thing' which should have been 'think'. I could not edit it once I had posted.
