Do Teachers has the right to failed students based on behavior only?
My niece was one of those who encountered this kind of situation. He failed on one of his subjects simply because of not behaving well in the class.
Failing a subject should be based upon poor technical, scholastic performance, not behavior. This is the most ludicrous thing I have heard of. If a child does well academically, he/she should pass whether his/her behavior is good or poor. Behavior should not be the basis of failing a class; however, academics should be.
