Doesn't the thought of plants thriving better with people talking to them freak you out?
What is the reasoning behind this? Is it actually true?
Why should it freak you out? The theory has been tested and proven to have an effect. I believe that all living things respond to stimulation - talking to a plant is a form of stimulus. This link explains well why it is thought to work - the sound vibrations are the reason - not necessarily the words spoken
