Life, just like a coffee is bitter at times, but can be even sweeter at the end.

To you, what does coffee symbolize?

    All nighters and deadlines.

Which is so sad sad b/c it USED to symbolise a relaxed start to the day where you sit down and eat breakfast on a nice sunshiny morning.

Coffee symbolizes sensual pleasure; the first cup in the morning is almost as good as sex.

Shortly after my hubby and I married, the coffee maker acted up...

I had filled it with coffee and water and flipped the switch. I came back about 5 minutes later for coffee, but it hadn't brewed. So I flipped the switch again wondering if I lost my mind. And then I saw it turn off without brewing. I smacked it and switched it again, same thing. By the time I grabbed the cast iron fry pan to really "fix" it, my hubby offered to get me to starbucks asap. Then we went shopping for a new one and we have a spare in the cupboard...just in case!

Waking up to no coffee? Shudder to think smile
