If you can, list 1 moral that is absolute and why you think so.
Well, we've had the "absolute" debate before, you and me, so I really won't access that category. I can tell you what I think is important though.
Integrity. Strong integrity requires honesty with one's self and others. With it one gains that drive to succeed. With it one becomes trustworthy. To me integrity is at the very foundation of character building. All other things that go into character are built upon it.
Sometimes integrity is better witheld. If your wife asked you if you thinks she looks fat and you thought yes, would you stick to your integrity or say something to make her feel good?
you mean one moral rule that has no justification for being broken?
'k, i can think of one - deliberately inflicting harm or abuse onto a child. there is no excuse or justification for this, ever.
Love. Not sexual attraction, but patient, kind, charitable benevolence. If everyone followed it, we wouldn't have any of the problems we bring upon ourselves and pile on each other.
Any chosen action that benefits society without harming society.
