Eastenders Ronnie Gives Baby Tommy Back to Kat
Eastender's fans can breath a sigh of relief as the baby swap storyline is finally coming to an end. The ending has now been filmed and we will see Kat and Alfie reunited with their Baby Tommy at the end of next month.
The day starts with Tanya and Greg's Big Fat Gypsy style wedding, which will see the wedding party dressed in a pink colour theme.
While the service is taking place, Tanya's ex husband and daughter are on their way to pick up Abi's bridesmaid dress when they crash in to a lorry. Abi is hurt but is freed from the crushed car, however she has to be held back when she realises her Dad is seriously hurt and trapped in the wreckage.
Max has to be cut from the car and rushed of to hospital where he is left fighting for his life. After Tanya and Greg have said their 'I do's', Jack Branning breaks the news of the accident to a horrified Tanya.
Now many people have already made an issue out of the fact that Tanya flees her wedding to be at Max's side, and speculating that Tanya still has feelings for her ex husband Max.
Tanya has just been told that her little girl has been in a car crash, and as a Mum she will be petrified to hear those words. I think Tanya will just be desperate to get to her daughter at that moment.
The whole Branning clan rush off to the hospital, unaware that their lives are about to change forever. While at the same hospital where she gave birth to James, Ronnie bumps in to the midwife who delivered him, and after speaking of Baby Tommy to the midwife, Ronnie suddenly realises the enormity of what she has done. Tommy is not the baby she gave birth to, James is!! It feels all wrong to be telling the midwife about Tommy when James was her son.
Ronnie panics and tells a confused Jack
"I'm sorry, but there is something i need to do. You don't deserve any of this, but he's not your Son, he's not yours."
Ronnie then makes her way to the Queen Vic, where she will confess what she has done to Tommy's real father Michael Moon.
Kat and Alfie are numb with shock when they are told the news, and just can't believe what they are being told. Later Kat and Alfie are seen taking Baby Tommy to the hospital; for a check up where a confused and angry Kat, vows that if she ever sees Ronnie again she will kill her.
Later after everything has been confirmed, we see an overjoyed Kat hugging her crying son, and kissing an equally overjoyed Alfie as the family are finally reunited.
Meanwhile Ronnie will hand herself in to the police after handing Tommy back. The rest of the storyline will be centred around the police investigation. Will Ronnie be jailed or will she plea temporary insanity?? It is rumoured that her family will have her sectioned in the aftermath of the swap reveal.
Kat will still have a long journey ahead of her, when she finds herself struggling to bond with Baby Tommy, after believing she had lost him to cot death.
Baby Tommy will also need to get used to his parents, after being looked after by Jack and Ronnie for the past two months.
Poor Jack, has only just discovered he has lost a child, and as the funeral has already taken place, how will he mourn his Son? Jack never met his real son James, and this as well as wife Ronnie's deception could be to much for him to cope with.

Ronnie Gives Kat Her Baby Back!
Updated 4th April 2011
Ronnie is feeling increasingly anxious, and so goes to visit Dot. Ronnie asks her if God forgives all sins.
After her visit to Dot, Ronnie agrees to help out with Tanya's hen night, to prove to husband Jack that she is perfectly fine.
While at the hen night, Kat sees how miserable Ronnie is looking and pulls her up on it. Kat tells Ronnie that she doesn't understand why she always looks so unhappy when she has a lovely baby at home.
Kat then tells her, that she doesn't know how lucky she really is, and admits that when Tommy died she wished it had been James that passed away instead.
This revelation really upsets Ronnie, and she leaves the Hen party. While on her way back home, Ronnie bumps into Michael who asks her why she is still acting so strangely around him.
He accuses her of fancying him, and just playing hard to get. Michael then plants a kiss on an unsuspecting Ronnie, before walking off and leaving a very unsettled Ronnie just stood there.
The next day at the wedding, Michael asks Ronnie if she fancies him, to which she replies "I find you repulsive". Michael then threatens to tell Jack about their kiss. However Jack has already got his eye on the suspicious looking pair, and can see that something is not right.
Jack approaches Ronnie, who insists that everything is fine, but Michael tells Jack that Ronnie kissed him.
Everything is getting on top of Ronnie, and she feels like the walls are closing in on her.
Ronnie goes off for some time on her own to think, Kat sees Ronnie and apologises for her outburst the night before, but Kat is left confused when Ronnie says it is her that is sorry.
Before Kat can get anymore out of Ronnie, Jack turns up demanding to know what is going on with Michael. Ronnie tries to protest her innocence but Jack tells her that she is not the woman he married.
Later as news of Max's car crash becomes known, Jack asks Ronnie to go to the hospital with him as they still need to talk.
Once at the hospital, Ronnie is becoming increasingly unstable, and her emotions are running high at being in the same hospital she gave birth to Baby James.
Ronnie's strange behaviour goes unnoticed, as everyone is concentrating on Max. When Ronnie goes to get a drink, she sees the maternity ward sign, and almost in a trance she begins to follow it.
Ronnie walks into the delivery room where her son James was born, and stares into the Cot where her son once lay, as the reality hits her, she completely breaks down.
When she leaves the delivery room cradling Baby Tommy, she runs into the midwife who delivered James and her emotions become to much for her to bare. Looking down at Tommy, Ronnie knows what she must do and rushes off towards the exit.
Jack has already spotted her though, and follows her to the exit, Ronnie tells Jack that she needs to put everything right but Jack is confused and asks her what she is talking about.
Ronnie admits that she has been lying to him all along and that the baby is not his son. However Jack initially doesn't believe her, in fact it just makes him more concerned for his wife's mental state. He says he wants to return home with her, but Ronnie drives off with the baby before he gets chance.
When Ronnie arrives in the square, everyone is in the pub for the wedding reception, Ronnie cuddles baby Tommy close to her and tells him how much she loves him, she then makes her way into the pub and finally gives baby Tommy back, before handing herself into the police.
Kat and Alfie are in shock to discover their baby has been living across the street all this time, and Kat becomes overwhelmed at having her baby boy back home.
Meanwhile Jack is struggling to come to terms with the loss of his son, and his wife's betrayal. As the week goes on, Jacks behaviour becomes more and more erratic.
It doesn't take long before the gossip starts, and the press are sniffing around for their big story, but Ricky is left fuming when its his stepdaughter Whitney, that ends up giving the reporters the scoop they are after.
