If you mean, can you be a Christian and an actor, yes. Religion has no bearing on acting.
If you mean, can you star in Christian-themed movies, yes, you just have to audition for them and get the parts.
You might be limiting yourself if you only want to take on Christian-themed roles, but look at Kirk Cameron, so it is possible.
