Ebay want me to change my account from Private to Business because I have a large volume of...
items for sale [I have these because I have lost my job and am selling possessions to make ends meet]. What are the ramifications of becoming a Business? Will I have to pay tax on my sales? And what on earth makes eBay think that selling spare towels and unwanted curtains makes me a business!

Dont change to Business Account. just contact there customer service department and explain your problem.
