    If music didn't exist, how would our civilization differ today?

    To tell you the truth, our civilization probably wouldn't exist either.

    Music is a power of expression, and also a form of entertainment.

    I'd assume to make up for music we would have a different additional way of communication and feelings expression. We would definitely have to have something to replace it.

    In return, our civilization probably wouldn't differ too much at all.

    I don't think it would exist. The two major components of music, sound and rhythm, are major components of life as well. Music is a pattern embedded in nature and all of humanity. Without music civilization would lack a key blueprint of existence. Hopefully, that made sense. tongue
