When you question has been asked before, do you check the "No, it has not been answered" button?
I haven't come across the situation yet, but if I do, It would depend on the answers in the answered topic. If the answers answer my question, then I won't continue with my question and if it doesn't I'l click on the "No, it has not been answered button".
If my question has been asked, I don't ask it again. I read the replies. I go back and submit another question.
