Got to go with 'Dogma' (Kevin Smith), followed closely by 'Airplane!' (Zucker, Zucker & Abrahms) and then 'Annie Hall' (Woody Allen) and finally 'Blazing Saddles' (Mel Brooks).

I don't go to movies much, but "Bridesmaids" was pretty funny.  Perhaps "Hangover" was the best.

Kevin Smiths movies are always funny (dogma, mallrats, etc) .  I thought that The Pest was very funny as well. Most people would probably say it was an annoying movie though.  Ace Ventura was hilarious. I'm not a huge fan of Jim carrey, but that movie was funny.  I also liked Dumb and Dumber.  That is a classic that I could watch over and over again.

The Naked Gun series! I adore Leslie Nielsen in his slapstick comedy movies. In the tradition of Mel Brooks, and Peter Sellers of The Pink Panther series .

"City Lights (1931)" written by, directed by Charles Chaplin is my favorite comedy movie. Charles Chaplin was also the main actor of this movie.
