Does Van Halen have what it takes to make a comeback?
They have a new album coming soon here is the first single.
Funny, I just got done writing a piece for a freelance site about VH. I think that the fans will want to see the band with ole "Diamond Dave" at the front of the class. I do have a problem with the band having Eddie's son, Wolfgang on the bass guitar. That's a spot that should be filled by a certain "Michael Anthony" who is the band original bass player.
There has also been mixed reaction to some of the tracks on the bands new album, mostly with the song "Tattoo," and I've heard the song and it's not all that hot either. I think the band will do well on the tour, but I think the sales from the new album will be disappointing.
I'm a big Van Halen fan since there first album but I say; don't expect a lot mainly due to age, they will be more mellow
Definately they have always been a great group of muscicians no matter who is singing. What makes me upset is that Van Halen making a comeback means Chickenfoot will be on the back burner for awhile.
What does Chickenfoot have to do with anything? That's Hagar and Anthony.
