Are there rock artists and bands that you feel have been overlooked as candidate for the Rock &Roll Hall of Fame?

Hubbed about the Moodies and others who are LONG, LONG, LONG OVERDUE for induction (as opposed to "Erik B. and Rakem," a one-hit wonder, getting a nomination this year). I concur with Jethro Tull as well.
Uh, I was going to answer this but I'll just second KF Raizor. Amen!
Yes, definitely the Moody Blues, I do not think I agree with Jethro Tull though.

the rock and roll hall of fame is a great visit though, hope everyone has a chance to get to cleveland..
Absof'inglutely! I'm gonna write a hub soon about this very subject.
Not sure about Jethro Tull but DEFINITELY The Moody Blues. They are one of my favorite groups and I could listen to them over and over. Very unique, memorable songs. Blessings, Sparklea
I'm currently working on a four part series of 20 artists that I feel should be inducted in the Hall. I've just completed the first two parts.

I have been to over 80 concerts/shows, and it's really hard to pick my favorite! What was yours?? Can you remember your first concert? Mine was Bob Dylan that my dad took me to when I was 6.
