Are all YouTube Videos in the public domain or copyrighted? Who owns rights to YouTube Videos?
The creators of the videos have full copyright and rights to their creations. Public domain means without copyright - free to use without attribution etc. This does not apply to youtube videos. You can share and embed the videos of others (many of them), but they have to be attributed to the creator.
