    'Dude, Where's My Car?'

Comedy based around characters that are kind of stupid is all well and good, and it works pretty well sometimes, but this movie just took it way too far. It was painful to watch, and I think I only made it about half-way through.

I'm sure there are plenty of other examples out there, but this is the first that comes to mind for me.

I think one of the dumbest films I've ever seen has to be Epic Movie; particularly that moment when Borat appears for no apparent reason. One of the dumbest things you can do is make a parody of a comedy, unless what you're making fun of is really old or strange in some way.

It's hard to narrow it down for sure but it was probably directed by Michael Bay.

"The Sorceress" a film w/ two twin female protagonists, neither of whom is a sorceress.

Could write a book about how totally dumb this film is

Mosquito Coast starring Harrison Ford--absolutely the worse movie ever made that was suppose to be a real movie.

Another loser and I have not seen it offered any where in more than 40 years was a flick called Morgan. No plot, no storyline, no acting, nothing. I only saw it once right after NBC started running Saturday Night At The Movies in prime time. Normally this dog would have not made the late, late show.

Any movie in the Twilight series.  I couldn't even make it through the first one without losing interest about ten minutes in.  Not even the guys who do Rifftrax (the same guys who did Mystery Science Theater 3000) could keep me watching those movies.  Robert Pattinson was great as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but I think now that he's the big star of Twilight he's been typecast and he'll probably have difficulty finding other decent roles to play.
