What is your definition of a Slacker?

This maybe a loaded question, however the term is fairly common and I would like to know how Hub Page writers define this term? Is it a lifestyle, state of mind or just a bad habit?

You are only "truly" a slacker when others has to take up YOUR slack!

A slacker is someone who simply is lazy.  He finds all kinds of ways to get out of doing  work that should be his to do, and thinks nothing of manipulating someone else into doing it.  Slackers are also people who are irresponsible in all aspects of their personal lives.

and then you had to colonize a whole country of them, no one with a brain actually believes we 'won' the Revolutionary War.

In a vain attempt to get rid of all the Slacker in your country you created the United Slackers of America.
