She lives in South London UK, her name Charlene Soraia. Look her up on Youtube, a singer/songwriter with a lot of talent.

Please check out my project with Elizabeth Sheppard-Storms. She has an amazing voice. We are being featured on the Reverbnation homepage this month. We are currently (and have been, almost since our first song was published), number one on the folk charts for this area and we are sitting at number 25 for all of Canada! We both write, and I handle the guitar parts and sequencing. We have had a couple of songs remixed and mastered at Village West Production in Toronto. Hope you enjoy!!

I had a quick listen and the stuff sounds great, so I can understand why it's popular, it's not my taste but hey I still know good when I hear it, all the best and much success,  thanks.

I do a lot of R&B, Hip Hop and Pop and am working on a project right now.  Check it out at www.laraynemusic.com.  I have a bunch of other artists I work with and know that I recommend to my supporters. There just really are a lot of talented people out there!

Gosh I could list off bands for days. Bibio, Yaesayer, Lumineers, City in Color, Tallest Man on Earth, Cave Singers, Alabama Shakes, Beirut, Of Monsters and Men, Imagine Dragons, Passenger, Trampled By Turtles (Bluegrass, but modern and wicked good) Hey Marseilles, The J Band, Iron and Wine, Xavier Rudd, Grouplove, ALAN STONE!, Mumford and Sons, Sufjan Stevens, Avett Brothers, The Head and the Heart, Great Lake Swimmers... And a million more. I'm sure you've heard of many of those but maybe some will be new to you. As far as internet radio goes, I got sick of Pandora, it kept merging all my stations and only wanted to play really popular poppy songs, so I switched to 8tracks. Its user created playlists, and I'm convinced that people still are far better at classifying and grouping music into playlists than a computer. Plus is completely free, updated constantly, and has no ads. Its a great way to find new bands.

A couple years ago I discovered a young new talent.  Her name is Noelle Bean.  Check her out and let me know what you think.

Ween (not "new", but many do not know of them);  My Morning Jacket;  Florence + The Machine (but who doesn't know them by now?);  Kimbra (her debut album "Vows" is a wonder).

Check out 7th Heaven... That's the band not the show. smile

Anthony Fedorov (from American Idol) just joined the band as a lead singer... And he is awesome. I've listened to some of the band's prior music and loved it.

You will make your own mind up as to what they are but you will have to give them a spin to do so.

Try Capital Cities or Robert Delong they're both pretty good. This is the link to Robert Delong's music video http://youtu.be/nnSyu4eZkZ4.

Hi, the full stop at the end of the url stops it from working, so needs to be taken out, which you can't do by now, so anybody wanting to have a spin needs to take the full stop off the end. By the way it sounds OK to me after listening to it.
