1970s - Ramones, "Ramones"/KISS, "Destroyer" (tie)
1980s - Metallica, "Kill'Em All"/Guns N Roses, "Appetite for Destruction" (tie)
1990s - Nirvana, "Nevermind"
2000s - I honestly don't know. I stopped paying attention by the end of the 1990s, haha.

Why do critics consider Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band to be the best Beatles' album?I have always liked this album, but I definitely don't agree with most critics when they call it the best. I much more prefer Abbey Road or even Rubber Soul.
