What are some tips for taking photos in low light situations?
I hope to take some photos of lights at night, holiday lights in particular, but won't be able to have a tripod or monopod. So it will be very dark out, with lots of lights. Do you have any tips?
There are several photographers out there but I know that LuisEGonzalez is one.
