A TV network moves a television show to Friday nights: Kiss of Death for show?
Two of my favorite shows have been moved to Friday nights. Is it true that people tend to not want to watch TV that night, and go out instead? Do you think this means the show will lose viewers and be canceled?
That's the general perception, although I'm not sure how that might factor now with the surge of DVR and online streaming.

...the most lucrative demographic (young, single Americans) rarely watch TV on Friday night.
