I have tons of ideas and scenes in my head (very creative imagination and photographic memory) but I'm having a hard time solidifying all of them into an understandable and complete storyline because it's my dream to go public with it and officially made. I'm willing to work as hard as I need to to make this work. I have drawings of my characters on my Facebook page for those who are interested.
Get your ideas on paper. There is no other way to this. No matter how bad your ideas look on paper, keep working on it. Don't aim for perfection, every character on paper worths more than it's image in mind.
I would suggest start by analysing what you see in current anime. I have been working on something like this for being able to better review and possibly write my own.
I have characters too.It seems like you are not confident in your talents. You can't have strangers from the internet help you with your anime, they might steal your concepts,it has happened to me and it has happened to a friend of mine.My friend was asked to do a graphic novel for someone on the net,the guy published the graphic novel and has not paid my friend a dime.I would suggest that you look around your city for a writer someone you can see face to face on a regular basis, put a ad in your local paper saying you need a writer to collaborate with you will be supprised by the response.

This is my theory, it inspires hate because none of us really fully understands G-d, and we cling on to that little shred of our actual understanding. When somebody threatens to confuse that understanding we get...
