I was on the web looking for videos of the Poison concert I attended at the Van Andel arena, and I came across mostsly stuff by AC/DC and Metallica. I couldn't believe how much Metallica sucked in almost every video I watched. Then I came across one of my Favorite big hair bands Motley Crue.
I heard that they did a show in my hometown, but I never expecting anything as crazy as this! Not only were they performing at the Van Andel arena in Grand Rapids, MI, they also recorded the live footage for their DVD. OMG! What live footage it is! I have never seen anything so crazy in my life! So, I added it to my KISS hub.
If you would like to see the insanity, check it out. The video is near the bottom of the page. Motley Crue! Girls! Girls! Girls!
Check it out, and then tell me what other crazy things you have seen at a rock concert. But, I think nothing will ever top KISS and God Of Thunder Live! But, this was damn close!
There is also a another great video of Motley Crue Singing Kickstart My Heart to a very wild crowd from My hometown! Grand Rapids, MI
Motley Crue? Oh... I thought you meant Motley Fool (which is a-whole-nother thing altogether )
When I first heard about people talking about Motley Crue when I was in Highschool, I thought they were talking about that Cartoon Dog name "Mutley" That dog that had the weird laugh. I never knew they were talking about a rock band. So I didn't get it.
I didn't really start listening to hard rock until the late 80's.
I was more of a Rick Springfield, Queen, Cyndi Lauper, and Madonna kind of guy. That is until I discovered Poison and Bon Jovi. Then it was easy to also like Def Leppard, Kiss, and Motley Crue.
My favorite Crue album is Dr. Feelgood.
