That best not be a dig at Rocky IV, Rocky IV was a beast of a film: James Brown, Rocky's Beard (and weird lumberjack training) all set to that Hearts on Fire song!  Haha, it may not be masterpiece cinema but it's stil pretty ace!

    DRAGOOOOOOOOO!! lol

I haven't even tried watching Rocky V or Balboa, but John Rambo was pretty awesome, if only for ripping that guy's throat out.

The Good Shepherd is one of the worst films I have ever seen. It has got really good reviews and has won awards but both me and my fiance thought it was boring. She couldn't even watch it all she was that bored and the only reason I made it to the end was because I didn't want to ever have to sit through the first half of the movie again.

I rarely go to movies-- and rarely watch them on TV.

In the past 10 years I have probably been to about  four movies which included Gladiator and Titanic.  Usually I wouldn't think of going to a theater movie unless it has some historic basis and and is on some grand scale that would not quite fit on a TV screen.

Oh there are soooo many, but the one that stands out in my mind, "The Blair Witch Project"!

I second "The Blair Witch Project!"

"War of the Worlds" with the over-acting of Tom Cruise and Dakota Fanning.

    "Twister"

    "Swept Away" with Madonna

"Flicka" (the remake of "My Friend Flicka" - VERY poorly done movie)

    Braveheart

    Starship Troopers

    The Invasion

There are so many, but just off the top of my head, those were all pretty bad.

Guess I'm just not big on the 'cast of thousands' war movie. lol

The Village was one of the worse movies I have ever seen , as it was not even frightening and the ending was ridiculous!!! But that is just my own personal opinion.smile

The Village is horrible. Probably the worst by M. Night Shamalan.

It's hard to pick the worst M Night Shamalamaamamamsn film, the one with Mel Gibson was pretty god awful, signs.  but essentially they're all the same sort of fare: you go the whole moving just about getting what's going on then bam massive twist that most people with half a brain cell got five minutes into the film.

OK sixth sense was a shock, but when every film you ever do has a "clever twist" at the end the audience is going to be guessing the ending before they even set foot in the cinema

The Darjeeling Limited, watched less than five minutes and got sick of the insider jokes vibe off it.

In fact, any Wes Anderson movie blows for the same reason...

Although I hear trendy arty hipster types LOOOVE them! big_smile

Yeah TCM was a huge disappointment for me too. the original I mean, I daren't watch the remake in case it's even worse!

I've gotta say Project Vampire is a strong contender for worst movie ever. Well I say it is, I haven't seen it all the way through. It's so dire I can't get past 10 minutes...

I may get lynched for this, but Phantasm was crap too, for me at least. Just could not get into it at all. Didn't see the point...

That's all I can think of for now...

The worst movie I've ever seen was a little piece of tripe called "Surf Ninjas." I know many of you are thinking: "but that movie was so forgettable, I don't even remember how bad it was." I agree, it was forgettable (as are most bad movies), but this one holds a special place for me. Remember when we were kids, and it seemed almost every movie was great? At some point, we begin to get critical. I was twelve when I saw "Surf Ninjas," and it was the first time I ever felt, while watching a movie, that I would rather be somewhere else. Anywhere else! Now, there have certainly been worse movies made since then, but I haven't seen many of them because I'm kind of a movie snob who doesn't watch a film if I don't recognize the director.

I would definitely agree that epic movie is up there as one of the worst but has anyone ever seen the film Goal? It is possibly the cheesiest and most awful film I have ever seen. Don't agree that Freddy got Fingered was that bad though, I thought it was funny!

I can't believe some of you people think Boondock Saints was bad.

Here are some truely horrid films that are almost unwatchable:

Tooth & Nail (Check out my review)
All the Movies like Scary Movie, Date Movie etc.
Duets (More on that in my new Karaoke Hub)
Cast Away (We get it, your stuck on an island...snoozer)
