   yes, I was surprised. I don't know what the criteria was for choosing.  I like JLO, but I don't think she's at the top of the list. I don't know who I would have picked, beauty is subjective.

   I could not believe my eyes when I saw J Lo on the cover of People magazine. My first thoughts were that she must have bought that cover with her own money,and she is on American Idol trying to make a comeback.

   Halle Berry already had the honor.
   JLO is 41 this year, so that has to feel good for her when our culture revolves around looking younger.
   
   Amanda Seyfried is beautiful with or without makeup at 25.
   
   
   Actually, I think the most beautiful woman is my new daughter in law. She's very beautiful, inside and out!

    I am not going to post a picture to support my answer. I just want to say all these polls about the most beautiful woman in the world are so over rated. These women are voted because they are celebrities who are known by a large section of the human populace. It should make an interesting poll to find out who the most beautiful female celebrity is if their images were posted free of make up and not air brushed.

    Not disputing their beauty, still stick to my point that it would be interesting to see which way the votes swing if the celebrities had no make up on and have not got their photos air brushed.
