Once in a while. I think sometimes I forget this is the internet and people will say far more than I would be looking for. I guess I just have to remember that on the internet everyone has an opinion and no one actually knows me.
Absolutely! I stood in front of a co-worker I had not seen in a year or so and asked, "So, when are you due?" I was mortified when she said she was not pregnant and have never asked another woman that question...although, I have asked a few guys.
Plenty of times, too many to count. You know the cat that curiosity killed? I'm that cat. I have never meant to be offensive with questions I've asked, but there have been times when people were greatly offended or took it the wrong way or got really defensive. So now, I ask my questions very carefully or not at all.
I am not aware of any question I have asked that I regretted..however..I have answered questions on HP that I have regretted..as some readers misconstrued what I said..and even when I tried to explain, they already had a mind set and refused to listen...I realize it's kind of a " my way or the highway " mentality..but I have always felt it was common courtesy to allow someone to explain what they meant ..thanks for asking and I don;t have any regretts answering this question....
There is no point in regretting, you asked because you felt it was right thing to do. Even if you open 'the can of worms', even if your friend feels threatened or cornered by your question, even if you find out something you didn't want to hear...it was still important to ask, because you would regret not asking...

What is the weirdest or most surprising interview question that you have ever been asked? The weirdest for me was at a receptionist job interview. They asked me to describe how I would make a sandwich. Apparently I answered it wrong because I did not get that job ha ha ha.

What are some seemingly Strange or Irrelevant Job Interview Questions you have been asked recently?Creative, odd and irrelevant-sounding questions have been asked before, but in the 2010s, I think some may be more unexpected than usual, from what I've briefly heard. Is it a trend?
