1. Be involved with your child (beyond just Saturday sports).
2. Be in tune with your child's emotions / feelings.
3. Be a father, not a friend. Show them the right way.
Dear New Dad.....It goes without saying you LOVE your baby to pieces....so, for the first year which is VITALLY important:
When your baby is wet or needs a bath, Bathe him/her & change them
When he/she's hungry...feed him/her
When he/she cries......comfort him/her. Soothe, sing and talk to your baby!
The rest will come naturally. Your baby will guide you and Mom will help you out!
