I used to when I was drinking. Even if I was the life of a party, I still felt isolated from the rest of the world.
Yes, If I am missing someone close, I can feel alone no matter where I am.
Yes, a lot. It was worse before someone actually helped me with my depression. I have realized that most of the time I feel isolated is because my interest are not mainstream or worldly. In other words, I do not think the way most people seem to think which creates a barrier. Add to that antisocial behavior connected to my depression and it is bound to happen. It is worse for me the larger the group.
