    I believe it could mean you are holding on to negative energy . It can cause an impending feeling of doom . Negative energy , fear and guilt are all things that bring our spirit down . By changing your thoughts and energy to positive you can feel better .
      Sometimes the things we listen to or watch , or the people we hang around can leave us feeling negative . Be careful what you fill your spirit with .
      In the past I have experienced feeling like something was wrong with someone specific and it was true . I have also felt an annonymous feeling that something was wrong with someone , I prayed and it lifted . I felt instantly better . So if you are spiritually sensitive this could also be a reason .
      Many have negative thought patterns and don't even realize it . Try to tell yourself only good things and think positive

    It is one kind of intuition which is not invariable. To get rid of this type of intuition, you need to spend time with your loved ones.

    unless you are physic then it is just anxiety i know how you feel i feel that way all the time all we can do about it is try to stay on the positve side of things
