I am trying to make my arms look smooth and nice for my 60th. Like the ladies on TV.
I notice that on TV even the more mature age women seem to have nice smooth looking arms. How do they do it.?
make sure when you put lotion you massage it in an upward position to prevent your skin from sagging ,and take vitamin E ! it is good for the skin . creams with Collagen is good for it brings back the elasticity of the skin and makes it look younger

Where can I find a nice smooth rope?I am trying to make a hammock and I can only find rough rope made of jute or scratchy nylon at my local hardware store. Where can I find a nice sturdy rope that is also comfortable against the skin?
