Sometimes It is difficult to show your love to you parents when there is a communication gap. Me and my Dad have difficulties showing how much we care and love each other but I devised some techniques of non-verbal communication which can help
1. Texting and emailing
2. Cards on important occasions
3. Small gifts as tokens of respect and love
4. Notes here and there
These things have helped me communicate with my Dad whom I Idolize.....
The Verbal frankness is increasing too
Shady. Sometimes they get mad at me just like all last weekend. "Why haven't you signed up for summer classes yet?" "Because I can't. The advisor marked me off for fall and not summer." "Get signed up." "I signed up for fall. Here are the list of my classes and my weekly schedule." "Those are worthless without the summer schedule."
It just seems like I never do enough. I love them for giving me opportunities and being there for me. However, there is a communication flaw that is extremely irritating.

If you were heart-broken, how would you explain it?What type of pain would you feel? How would it affect you? And do you think you could ever get out of it? (ever escape it?)
