We love to go to the drive-in movies. It's cheap, fun and we always make memories there.  If you go on certain nights, you get the whole car load in for $15!!  That's 2 movies, for 4 people for $15.
You have to park backwards, load y'all in the back of the SUV and eat junk food.
Don't forget the bug spray though!
    Good times!

I've always wanted to go to a drive-in theater! I've never been to one, though, as there are none around here- at least that I know of. It sounds like lots of fun, though!

Ah, summer is so much fun. I love it. When I was little my favorite things were camping, hiking and swimming. My parents were so much fun to do those things with. Now I am the parent and still love those activities and am passing them onto my kids smile

Going to the beach and just hanging out together, enjoying the good weather and playing in the sand.  That's my favorite thing to do in the summer.

We love going to the beach, getting groups of friends together to go to a local pool, movies (during day when really hot or raining), and so many other things.  I recently wrote two summer hubs.  We LOVE summer fun.

I loved camping with my family and our dog. Granted there would be a lot of arguments over the holiday (we argue quite a lot anyway) but I think you forget that part and just remember how much fun you had. I would recommend camping to any family its great quality time away from tv's and playstations etc. and it forces you to interact.

I totally agree, we love camping, and usually bring the pups with.  I wrote 2 hubs on camping with the family and dogs.
