When you were growing up, how did you learn to express anger?
Are you passing the same methods on to your kids?
Through words i have learnt to express my anger with time. As I don believe in suffering in my heart with bottle necked anger for some one else.
Yeah quite knowingly I am passing it on as I wish my son to be light hearted as well.
Thanks , its a nice question.
