How often do you see your grandchildren and how long is each visit?
i get to see my grandchildren anytime i want and they visit very often and they stay for hours...we have so much fun and get to play games with them and watch movies. if it was up to my daughter-in-law and son we could have them here 24/7...lol
We are lucky and live in the same town with our grandkids, so I see them at least once a week and if we make it to church, we all sit together, husband, two daughters, two sons-in-law and two little adorable grandchildren. I'm feel so lucky that we are all in the same town.
On Fridays the little girls come over here and we go crafts and watch Disney movies from about 2:30 when we pick them up from school, until 5 or 5:30 when their mama picks them up. Fun time but oh exhausting! And I usually go out to their house on Saturdays for a couple of hours because their mama is my oldest daughter and sometimes she needs to visit with her Mama! :-)
sorry, i am not a granny yet but I do bring my kids to visit my mom and dad every month , at least 2 hours on each visit. Sometimes we have meals there or sometimes just chat and let the kids talk to grandparents, hugs and kisses. My dad and mom feel very happy because my bro isn';t married yet.
