Do YOU believe that a child's natural and innate talent should be

discovered and nurtured very early in childhood? Many times people are gifted and have prodigious talents in certain areas e.g. music, art, dancing, and/or acting. However, parents do not discover and/or nurture such talents in a child until it is too late.Talents and gifts can blossom better when it is discovered at an early stage in a child's life.

Natural talents should be developed. First, people who are gifted have higher chance of succeeding, although this also depends on other factors. Many children have multiple talents; it's very important to determine which gift is prevalent and thus focusing on that talent. Other talents could be also developed, but the important thing -- do not overwork child. In addition,  talent goes well together with hardworking. Child's brain has high adaptability/plasticity.

Well I dont think it is ever to "late" to discover a talent or enhance it.

It would be a great thing if it is discovered early on in life, however it is up to the child, if the child even wants to pursue it. If the child is very young the parents may help or train that child in that certain area, however once again the child may become disinterested.

Yes the talent may blossom better if discovered young but once again the child may be disinterested or become interested in it later on in life. If they pursue it and begin not to like it, its ok dont push your kids and allow them to like or dislike something.
