I think that taking a child to preschool is important, as it allows them to develop social skills with other children. This is essential for when they start school, and is just as important as the subject knowledge.

The social skills are important to me, but what about the cost for pre-school? i  can get the some social skills from church, family members and playgrounds.

i taught my 5 year old son preschool at home. When he was 6 years old, i had to put him in preschool because there are languages and tactics that I don't know how to teach him besides maths, english and science and moral. Now, he can speak mandarin, malay, english and better socializing.
