I would like to have your opinions on cell phone games that your children play. Did you know that they could be exposed to vulgar or obscene post that is withint that game's communit? This does not include all games that are on cell phones, only the ones that are excess the internet. These games contain adult content and should be either not allowed or monitored by the parent(s). I know there are many parents that find comfort in knowing that their children as safe in the house, just playing a simple cell phone game. In the times we live in, I know when I become a parent, I will monitor what my child(ren) are involved in along with standing firm on not applying the internet to their phone. There is a great level of prestige, responsibility, and self-awareness that the child/adolescent will gain from having active parent(s)in their lives.
So what are your opinions on having an authoritative parenting style as compared to an indulgent parenting style, pertaining to this issue?
And you had to post this in ALL CAPS for what reason exactly?
