Apple Oatmeal Waffles or Muffins 4pts+

Apple Oatmeal Waffles
Apple Oatmeal Waffles

I love a simple grab and go kind of breakfast. I'll make a double batch of these waffles and then freeze them. I can then easily grab one, nuke it for 30 seconds or drop in the toaster. With 3 kids, it's a great alternative for them too, instead of a pop tart, and I love that it sneaks on some whole grains... Oatmeal!

Yikes, I am in the middle of making these and it says mix in eggs, but no mention of eggs in the ingredient list. I guess I will put in 2 eggs since the mixing instructions show plural eggs.
