Nowadays I am quite anxious to prepare a new smoothie. Fortunately I found Blueberry in the market yesterday. Banana was easily available. So I decided to make this simple Blueberry Banana Smoothie. It is my Mother's all time favorite.
After strawberries , blueberries are the most popular berries all over the world. Blueberries are harvested mostly in the November-March season. So they are easily available in this winter season in India also. Blueberries are an American species and mostly harvested in North America in winter season.
So let start "Blueberry Banana Smoothie"...

Ingredients
- 1 Banana, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Fresh BlueBerry, Frozen
- Half cup Nonfat yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk, almond cold milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup ice cube, optional
- If possible keep the banana in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- Put all the ingredients in mixture ...And mix well
- Your Blueberry Banana Smothie is ready to serve
- Garnish with extra Berry and banana...
